Our Mission

The Laboratory for Coastal Research was established to create a focus for the advancement of research and other scholarly activities that support the generation and dissemination of knowledge about processes and structure of coastal environments of the world in general and Florida's coasts in particular. This Laboratory serves as a vehicle to enhance and facilitate cooperative efforts among coastal researchers within Florida International University.
